// Our Story
A Non-Profit built like a Platform
ISF exists because the gap between what seniors can afford and what the market charges for quality care keeps widening. Our response is structural, not charitable.
// THE GAP
Everyone sees the wave. Almost no one is building for it.
This is the gap ISF
was built to close.

// OUR MISSION
Enriching the Lives of Seniors by Rebuilding the System Around Them
Enriching the lives of seniors takes more than great communities. ISF connects residents, families, and operators through a shared infrastructure and a network of strategic partners spanning the full continuum of care, independent living, assisted living, and memory care. The community is the front door. The system behind it is what holds everything together
"Sundance is what happens when you stop retrofitting innovation into senior living and start designing the building around it. Every system, every workflow, every data point was specified before the foundation was poured."

// LEADERSHIP
Led by Experience
ISF's leadership team brings deep expertise across senior living investment, operations, real estate development, nonprofit governance, and institutional finance.
// PARTNERS
Partnership, Not Isolation
Every community in the ISF portfolio reflects a partnership model that brings together the right capital, the right operator, and the right development expertise for each project. ISF is the integrating layer, not the only player.
