// Our Story
A Non-Profit Built Like a Platform
We connect capital, communities, technology, and research into one network, advancing innovation in aging so better care reaches more people, faster.
// THE GAP
Everyone sees the wave. Almost no one is building for it.
This is the gap ISF
was built to close.

// OUR MISSION
Enriching the Lives of Seniors by Rebuilding the System Around Them
Enriching the lives of seniors takes more than great communities. ISF connects residents, families, and operators through a shared infrastructure and a network of strategic partners spanning the full continuum of care, independent living, assisted living, and memory care. The community is the front door. The system behind it is what holds everything together.
Our work begins with quality. We use data and applied technology to raise the standard of care first, then to make that standard sustainable as it scales. Better outcomes and a workable cost structure are not separate goals here. They are the same goal approached through innovation rather than through charity, and they are what allow excellent care to reach far more older adults than the traditional model ever could.
// THE PLATFORM
What We Mean by a Platform
A platform is not a product or a single service. It is the connective layer that lets separate functions reinforce each other, so the whole network gets stronger and smarter every time something is added to it. Most organizations in senior living do one thing. They develop, or they operate, or they finance, or they research, and each works in isolation. ISF integrates all four, and the integration is the point.
Capital
A single fund builds one community, then runs dry. Inside the network, capital becomes a repeatable engine, financing the next community and the one after that on stronger terms as the track record compounds.
Communities
Run separately, communities are real estate and care and little else. Connected, each one becomes a testing ground where lessons get shared, and the cost of doing things well keeps falling as knowledge pools instead of getting relearned site by site.

Technology
As standalone tools, technology does only so much. Spread across the network, it turns into compounding intelligence: what one community learns sharpens care in all of them, and data from the full portfolio makes every decision better than any single operator could manage.

Research
Studies that stay in the lab rarely reach a resident. Given a living portfolio to work inside, research changes care in real time, and its findings feed straight back into how the network runs.
"Sundance is what happens when you stop retrofitting innovation into senior living and start designing the building around it. Every system, every workflow, every data point was specified before the foundation was poured."

// LEADERSHIP
Led by Experience
ISF's leadership team brings deep expertise across senior living investment, operations, real estate development, nonprofit governance, and institutional finance.
// PARTNERS
Partnership, Not Isolation
Every community in the ISF portfolio reflects a partnership model that brings together the right capital, the right operator, and the right development expertise for each project. ISF is the integrating layer, not the only player.
